Joanne Bradley

Joanne Bradley is a transformational leader in financial services, known for her customer-focused and innovative approach. With over 20 years of experience, she excels in driving financial results and enhancing customer experiences in life and health insurance. As Vice President of Anti-Fraud at the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association, she leads the industry's anti-fraud strategy, designing tools, education, and advocacy to combat fraud. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Hannover Re and Manulife Financial. Joanne holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business and a BSc Honours/BEd from Queen’s University.
